We always view the initiation of legal proceedings as a final measure which is taken only when unavoidable. At the same time, we are aware that an out-of-court solution is not suited to every conflict. If legal proceedings are absolutely necessary to assert the interests of our clients, we will represent their claims and interests in a committed and vigorous way, whether it is in court or in relation to the authorities.

In matters with an international aspect we call in specialists from the respective countries from our network if this is required to safeguard the interests of our clients.
